Perhaps everyone already knows this, but my mother would have been very upset if I had not shared her secret to crisp celery. As soon as you come home from the grocery store, or in my case, when you remember a week later, cut the ends off your celery, rinse it, and then wrap it in tin foil. This will keep it crisp for weeks. I’m not sure about you, but I don’t use a ton of celery each week and if I forget to do this, when I finally do need it, I take it out and it bends in half all limp like! I have no idea why this works, and if I cared I would Google it, but I don’t. I just know that it does!
