Grateful Cards

IMG_5798This month’s challenge is “Up Close and Personal” where I challenge you to not just post what you are grateful for each day of November (not that there is anything wrong with that!), but rather take it a step further and do something about it!  Reach out to those that have made an impression on you in your life, those that help you on a regular basis, those that you are thankful for.  Pick up the phone, greet them in person, or write them a note!  Easy, right?  I get it, it’s not that easy–we’re busy.  So aim for 10-12 days, don’t stress over perfection!  I’ve formatted this sheet of “grateful cards” that you can download, print at home and cut along the gray lines to create four fun and fabulous grateful cards per sheet.  If you follow me on Facebook you know that I’m crazy about coloring these days!  So these are set up so that you can color them and pass them on with a note on the back, or pass them on with just a message for the recipient to color them–just give them the idea to do so.  Matters not!  It’s more about the message.  These fit into an A2 sized envelope, which is 4 3/8″ x 5 3/4″.  Or if you want something more traditional, here are a few cute sets that I found on Amazon below and can be shipped on Prime within two days (each one is clickable).

The bottom line is this…please, oh please, do not get wrapped up in the perfect card, perfect message, perfect sentiment and thus do nothing.  A simple thank you sentence on the back of a bank receipt in crayon is better than nothing said.  Just sayin’!ChalkThankYouBrightThankYou
